Yes. GlobalAssess360 supports both delivery modes from the same question bank. SmartAssess Pro handles online test delivery, while PowerGrader designs printed exams with bubble sheets and grades the scanned answer sheets automatically. Questions authored in QBank-Turbo can be used for either mode.

Yes. AI-Proctor integrates with third-party learning management systems including Moodle, so institutions can keep delivering exams through the platform they already use and add AI proctoring on top of it.

QBank-Turbo is an AI-powered question bank system that generates assessment questions directly from your own course material. It reads the uploaded content and produces questions aligned to the learning objectives, with difficulty levels mapped to Bloom's Taxonomy and automatically generated distractors.

QBank-Turbo generates questions from PDF documents, Word files, PowerPoint presentations, videos and recorded lectures. You can point it at an entire file or restrict it to specific sections or chapters, so questions are drawn only from the material you want covered.

QBank-Turbo generates multiple choice, true/false and essay questions, fill-in-the-blank items, numerical questions and graphics-based questions. It also produces coding exercises with accompanying test cases for technical and programming assessments.

Yes. QBank-Turbo lets you set the number of questions and the target difficulty level before generation, and it tags each generated item with its difficulty level. Difficulty is aligned to Bloom's Taxonomy, so a question set can be balanced across recall, application and higher-order reasoning.

Yes. QBank-Turbo automatically generates plausible distractors for multiple choice questions rather than only producing the correct answer. Each generated item also includes a baseline answer and an explanatory rationale, so reviewers can check why the correct option is correct.

Yes. Generated questions are exported to a question repository where subject matter experts can review, edit, approve or discard them before any exam is built. Approved items are stored for reuse across future assessments.

Yes. QBank-Turbo integrates directly with SmartAssess Pro for online assessment delivery and with PowerGrader for paper-based exams, so a single question bank feeds both delivery modes without re-authoring the content.

SmartAssess Pro is an online assessment platform for authoring, delivering and managing exams. It covers the full online testing workflow: building the test, inviting candidates, running it under time limits, scoring the responses and analysing the results.

SmartAssess Pro supports multiple choice, true/false and open answer questions, video-based questions where the candidate watches a clip before responding, and audio or video response questions where the candidate records their own answer. Each question can carry its own score, including negative marking for incorrect responses.

Yes. SmartAssess Pro randomises the order of questions and the order of answer options for each test taker, and can also select a random subset of questions from the question bank per candidate. This means two candidates sitting side by side receive different papers of equivalent difficulty.

Candidates access exams through a direct link, a desktop application or a standard web browser. Invitations are sent by email from inside the system, and administrators can set a start time, an end time and a time limit for each test.

The exam continues without data loss. SmartAssess Pro stores the candidate's answers locally on their device during the outage and uploads them automatically once the connection is restored, so a network interruption does not invalidate the attempt.

SmartAssess Pro grades multiple choice and true/false questions automatically as soon as the exam is submitted. Open answer questions go into a manual scoring workflow where an examiner reviews and scores each response, and both scores combine into the final result.

Candidates see the remaining time throughout the exam along with indicators showing which questions they have answered and which are still outstanding, so they can pace themselves and return to skipped items before submitting.

SmartAssess Pro provides a results dashboard with per-student and per-question analytics. Examiners can see how each candidate performed and how each individual question performed across the cohort, which identifies items that were unclear, too easy or too difficult.

Yes. SmartAssess Pro integrates natively with AI-Proctor, so an online exam can be delivered and proctored within the same platform. Institutions can run the exam full-screen in a browser or through the AI-Proctor lockdown browser for stricter control.

PowerGrader is software that manages the full paper-based exam lifecycle. It designs printed exams with bubble answer sheets, produces a personalised paper for each student, and then scans and grades the completed answer sheets automatically before reporting on the results.

PowerGrader prints a QR code on each exam paper that identifies the student it was issued to. When the completed sheets are scanned, the system reads the QR code and matches every answer sheet to the correct student automatically, with no manual sorting or data entry.

Yes. PowerGrader shuffles the question order and the answer option order individually for every student, so neighbouring candidates receive different papers. Because each paper is tracked by its own QR code, grading stays accurate even though no two papers are identical.

PowerGrader supports bubble sheets in multiple sizes and formats and generates a cover sheet for each paper. The cover sheet can carry the student's name, the institution's logo and any additional details the institution requires.

PowerGrader reports the correct answer rate for every individual question alongside performance metrics for each student. Item-level results show which questions the cohort struggled with, which helps identify weak questions and gaps in the material taught.
